About the Role
MCA Italia is looking for a C#/.NET Core Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services. The role focuses on clean, efficient code and optimized database interactions in a modern software environment. This is a full-remote, permanent position with benefits including meal vouchers and welfare programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services in C# and .NET Core, ensuring performance, scalability, and clean code practices
- Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data management with minimal database impact
- Implement complex logic using LINQ and integrate with existing data layers while adhering to OOP principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C# and .NET Core development, preferably on projects with microservices architecture
- Strong SQL knowledge, including ISNULL, JOIN, GROUP BY, and subqueries
- Proficient in LINQ, writing expressive and high-performance queries
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Nice to Have
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, ORM tools, and RESTful API development
- Excellent command of the English language
