Job Title: Software Engineer – C#

Schedule: Fully onsite, 5 days/week
About the Role:
Join the Treasury Technology team, which develops key systems used by departments such as Treasury, Counterparty Risk, and Treasury Operations. These tools support functions like margin, cash and collateral management, and equity finance, and are used firm-wide by analysts, front office teams, portfolio managers, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across a global tech team to address business challenges

Work closely with international stakeholders to define requirements and lead projects

Take ownership of project timelines and delivery for Treasury-related applications
Required Qualifications:

5+ years in tech roles, with at least 3 years in FinTech

Strong knowledge of capital markets and operational processes

Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities

Comfortable in fast-paced environments; proactive and self-driven

Experience with full software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines
Technical Skills (Must-Have):

Proficient in C# and .NET

Skilled in ASP.NET Core and building APIs

Solid experience with SQL
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with AWS/cloud platforms

Experience using Angular and TypeScript

Background in improving SDLC processes and Agile methodologies
