ACENSI is hiring a Developer for its client in Brussels within the Business Partner Solutions team.

You’ll join the Finance Department, specifically the Finance Transversal Solution & Control team, focusing on Finance End User Computing tools. Your mission: help drive modernization and simplification of the group’s IT architecture by 2026 using innovative technologies and data visualization tools (Python, DataIQ, Power BI).

Your Role Includes:

• Analyzing and implementing stakeholder requirements in collaboration with business analysts.

• Conducting technical analysis, evaluating alternatives, and documenting solutions.

• Proposing and implementing improvements to tools, processes, and reporting workflows.

• Providing user support for production issues.

• Documenting processes and procedures.

• Offering training, support, and guidance for users undergoing change.

• Being available and flexible for urgent production matters.

Your Profile:

• Degree in IT (Bachelor or Master); finance experience is a plus.

• 6+ years’ experience with SQL Server (queries, PL/SQL, SSIS, SSAS) and .NET development (C#, WPF, Git).

• Ability to write complex SQL queries is essential.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Access and Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, macros).

• Experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, DataIQ) is a plus.

• Skilled at optimizing and reviewing applications and SQL processes.

• Ability to write generic, reusable code.

• Strong team player with a client-oriented mindset.

• Analytical, proactive, and solution-driven.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver in a multicultural environment.

• Fluent in French or Dutch, with strong English skills.
