About the Role
The Full Stack Product Developer will be instrumental in building and enhancing AI-driven project and portfolio management (PPM) solutions. This position requires a blend of hands-on coding expertise, creative thinking, and product vision. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evolving the product suite to meet user expectations, ensure performance and scalability, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Innovation
- Design, build, and refine features within the OnePlan suite, ensuring they meet user and industry needs
- Develop scalable, intuitive SaaS solutions that boost business agility and performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define and deliver impactful product updates
- Contribute to strategic discussions and translate concepts into technical implementations
Code Quality & Best Practices
- Write high-quality, maintainable code in line with development standards
- Participate in code reviews and mentor team members to uphold engineering excellence
Testing & Debugging
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the platform is robust and error-free under varying conditions
Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Stay current with software development trends, tools, and best practices
- Propose and implement improvements to drive product innovation and development efficiency
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, especially with SaaS or enterprise-level applications
- At least 4 years working with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure services
- Experience with object-oriented programming and database querying languages
- Strong skills in debugging, algorithm development, and solving technical challenges
- Agile development experience, including sprints and iterative releases
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning technologies
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices
