About the Role: Developer
As a Developer, you’ll be key in aligning business goals with tech solutions. You’ll work independently or with guidance to design, build, and support software systems that power our core operations.
Your Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance software systems

Work with teams to understand and meet business needs

Assist senior developers and contribute to project success

Write secure, well-documented, and tested code

Conduct code reviews and resolve software issues

Keep current with tech trends and apply best practices
What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
-
3–5 years of experience in software development in an Agile environment

Strong skills in .NET Framework/Core, SQL, NoSQL, and design patterns

Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway)

Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, and scripting (Git, Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Proficient in backend API development and object-oriented design

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Must pass interview and demonstrate reliable attendance
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the airline industry

Proficiency with AWS and front-end tools like React.js
Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay: $87,780 – $119,680 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
