About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced .NET/C# Software Engineer with a strong background in maintaining legacy applications and working in structured ticketing environments. The position involves supporting and optimizing existing .NET applications, deploying solutions on Windows Server, and managing SQL Server databases. Experience with system integrations and a detail-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance legacy .NET Webforms applications (C# on .NET v4/5)
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries and stored procedures
  • Handle tickets for maintenance, bug fixes, and feature enhancements
  • Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Windows Server and IIS
  • Configure and troubleshoot cron jobs, scheduled tasks, and SMTP services
  • Develop and debug .NET applications using Visual Studio
  • Manage version control using Git
  • Deliver accurate time estimates for Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Maintain high attention to detail during implementation and reviews

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in .NET/C# development
  • Proficient with .NET Webforms and legacy code maintenance
  • Strong SQL Server skills: writing queries and stored procedures
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and IIS
  • Experience with application hosting and configuration
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems for support workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Golang
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with SAML SSO protocols and implementations
  • Exposure to Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault in a .NET context
  • Background in digital agency environments
  • Experience in pharmaceutical promotions and e-learning solutions
