About the Role
This role requires mastery in rebuilding B2B products as cloud-native applications with AI woven into every layer. Responsibilities include implementing advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), automating defect detection, and ensuring deployments happen without disruption. This position is suited for developers who deliver real results, not just ideas. Traditional software development is being reshaped. While many developers still handle manual debugging and slow deployments, innovative engineers are integrating AI to accelerate workflows and improve quality. At Trilogy, AI tools are deeply embedded throughout the entire development process to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced RAG vector stores and AI analytics to pinpoint and resolve product issues with high accuracy
- Design and build AI-powered development agents that transform feature creation and deployment in cloud platforms
- Collaborate with a top-tier global engineering team to create enterprise solutions that redefine industry benchmarks

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience developing production-quality server-side web applications with real-world impact
- Proven experience using GenAI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or v0.dev
- Strong commitment to integrating GenAI tools in everyday coding to boost productivity and code quality
- Advanced skills in C# with a history of building scalable, reliable software
