About the Role
Saxo Bank is seeking a C# Developer to join the Datahub team within the Enterprise Platforms division. The team manages the Bank’s event streaming platform (Confluent Kafka) and encryption services that connect enterprise services. The role focuses on ensuring the platform meets the needs of .NET developers and supports scalable, high-performance applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and lead developers to gather requirements
- Develop tools and libraries to support .NET developers interacting with the streaming platform
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to .NET teams
- Build and maintain DevOps pipelines to automate testing and ensure platform reliability
- Conduct design and code reviews for platform enhancements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in modern .NET development (C#), including multithreading, asynchronous programming, and containerization
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and streaming technologies, preferably Kafka
- Experience with DevOps practices in high-availability, scalable environments
- Knowledge of Protobuf and Python is an asset
- Excellent collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, decisiveness, and ability to work across teams
