About the Role
As a Senior Developer specializing in C# and .NET microservices, you’ll contribute to critical healthcare administration products used by millions. This role provides the chance to build impactful solutions while advancing your technical expertise through continuous learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support user access and security for the portal, including setting up accounts and resolving user issues.
- Maintain system stability to meet client service standards and resolve production challenges to ensure high uptime.
- Assist call center staff in guiding providers on portal usage.
- Gather and analyze debugging information, collaborating with engineering teams to implement fixes.
- Test new system features and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Develop and maintain system documentation as needed.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document moderately complex programs.
- Analyze current systems, create technical specifications, and contribute to program development.
- Evaluate and improve existing systems, support project managers, and work closely with teammates.
- Provide technical consulting, validate requirements, and troubleshoot complex issues with clients and leadership.
- Create test plans and participate in quality assurance activities, including code reviews.
- Lead a small sub-team when necessary and assign technical tasks.
- Design components and guide other team members on implementation.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of application development experience with:
- C# .NET microservices
- RESTful API architecture
- IIS administration
- Microsoft SQL Server
- SharePoint
- PowerShell scripting
- AWS
- Experience in healthcare IT is a strong advantage.
