What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coaching developers on both technical and interpersonal skills, offering constructive feedback to help them grow.

  • Conducting code reviews, encouraging clean, maintainable code, and fostering a practical, high-standard engineering culture.

  • Solving challenges using principles like TDD/BDD, SOLID, and design patterns.

  • Leading by example—your actions reflect the leadership you expect from others.

Your Background and Skills

  • 6+ years of experience with C# development. Experience with PHP, React, or JavaScript is a plus.

  • Proven leadership experience and strong skills in managing people and team dynamics.

  • Confident in giving feedback, mentoring others, and nurturing both technical and soft skills in a team.

  • You know how to prioritize architectural quality while delivering business value, and you work proactively to reduce technical debt.

  • Agile and Scrum are second nature to you.

  • Familiar with working with various data storage systems like Oracle or AWS.

  • Comfortable working in multicultural teams.
